Standard individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions may be 60 to 80 minutes depending on your needs.
Yes. We offer telehealth (video) sessions for clients across New Jersey, in addition to in-person sessions at our Neptune, NJ office.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about understanding yourself better, therapy can help. A brief consultation is a low-pressure way to explore whether it feels like a good fit.
Just yourself. If you have previous therapy records or a list of medications, you are welcome to bring them, but they are not required. The first session is a conversation.
Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. There are limited exceptions required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm), which your clinician will explain during your first session.
